What is live event engraving?
Engrave - cut or carve (a text or design) on the surface of a hard object.
There are so many ways to personalize an object with Calligraphy. Vinyl, paint, custom labels, the list goes on and on! But nothing quite compares to engraving, especially on hard surfaces such as glass or stone. In just a few minutes, any item can be transformed into a treasured keepsake.
So how does glass engraving work?
First the preferred customization is sketched onto the surface until it is perfect
Next I freehand engrave the design using a portable hand held drill. This is where the magic happens.
Then a Gold or Silver fill is added if desired. (Please note that not every surface is able to be filled due to various surface textures and and other factors)
Finally any remaining dust or paint is buffed away and the item is ready to be admired for years to come!
What can be engraved?
Most hard surfaces can be engraved but glass, stone and some metals are ideal.

Why hand engraving vs laser engraving??
As cool as lasers are, it is so much special to know that your item has been handcrafted just for you.
